“MeetMeOnBoard” (MMOB) offers a unique platform designed for the LGBTQI+ community to connect and share their passion for cruising. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.


  1. Use of Service


Use of Service Policy for “MeetMeOnBoard” (MMOB)


Introduction


“MeetMeOnBoard” (MMOB) provides a digital platform designed to enhance the cruise experience for the LGBTQI+ community through connection, sharing, and discovery. This Use of Service Policy sets forth the guidelines and conditions under which users may access and use MMOB.


Accessing the Service


• Eligibility: The service is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using MMOB, users affirm they meet this age requirement.

• Account Registration: Users may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. MMOB should be notified immediately of any unauthorized use of an account.


Acceptable Use of the Service


Users agree to use MMOB in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use or enjoyment of the service. Specifically, users agree not to:


• Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.

• Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from that user and MMOB.

• Use the service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the service, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the service.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the service.


Content and Behavior Standards


Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and respect the rights and dignity of others. MMOB is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive community. The service prohibits:


• Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable or offensive, including content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.

• Any activity that is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.

• Unauthorized or illegal advertising or promotional activities.


Modifications to the Service


MMOB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Users agree that MMOB shall not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.


Termination


MMOB may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the service, at our sole discretion, without notice and liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this policy. Upon any termination or suspension, your right to access and use the service will immediately cease.

2. Content and Conduct


User Content Policy for “Meet me on board” (MMOB)


Introduction


“MeetMeOnBoard” (MMOB) allows users to express themselves, share experiences, and connect with others through user-generated content. This User Content Policy governs all forms of content created by users, including text posts, comments, photos, videos, and links (collectively, “User Content”).


Content Ownership & License


• Ownership: Users retain ownership of the User Content they submit to the platform. By posting content on MMOB, users grant MMOB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with the Service provided by MMOB.

• Revocation: This license ends when the user deletes their content or account, except when the content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.


Acceptable Use


Users agree to post content that is:


• Respectful of others’ rights and dignity.

• Free from hate speech, harassment, and bullying.

• Not violating any local, national, or international laws.

• Not infringing on intellectual property rights.

• Accurate (if stating facts) and genuinely held (if stating opinions).


Prohibited Content


MMOB does not permit content that:


• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.

• Encourages violence or dangerous behavior.

• Violates any laws, including copyright and privacy laws.

• Contains advertisements or solicits any business without MMOB’s explicit permission.

• Includes personal or sensitive information about others without their explicit consent.


Moderation & Enforcement


• MMOB reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review and moderate User Content.

• We may remove or edit User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise harmful to the community.

• Users who repeatedly violate this policy may face account suspension or termination.


Reporting Violations


We encourage users to report content that violates this policy using the reporting tools available on the platform or by contacting our support team directly. We are committed to reviewing all reports promptly and taking appropriate action.


Changes to the User Content Policy

3. Moderation

MMOB acts solely as a platform for community engagement and does not facilitate or process bookings. All booking inquiries are directed to Cruise Planners, with whom all financial transactions, booking confirmations, and cancellations solely rest.
