    GENERAL IMPRESSIONS OF THE SHIP:

Silversea is expensive, but worth it to me. I do not like to sail with screaming kids and loud adults. Silversea is an older crowd that is quiet and dignified. The exact opposite of Carnival. The ship is spotless and in perfect condition. Quiet decor. Fun disco at night. It is not a "fun ship" in the Carnival sense, but hardly boring if you attend the many events planned daily on board.

WOULD YOU CRUISE THIS SHIP AGAIN:

    yes

    TELL US ABOUT YOUR STATEROOM:

I had a Veranda suite on 6th floor. All had private balconies. Lovely room. Felt right at home. Bulgari amenities.

    HOW WERE THE PUBLIC SPACES:

All the public rooms were well appointed and dignified. Half of the ship is hotel and the back half public areas. 11 decks total.

    TELL US ABOUT THE SERVICES:

Food was very good. I would not say "excellent." Service outstanding. This ship has several dining options included in the price and 2 small restaurants that cost $30 extra per person. House wines included in price and they were average quality. Entertainment was very good. Six young adult singers. Some had problems hitting every note, but they hit most notes. (Aren't professional singers supposed to hit all the notes?) hehehehee But, great shows none-the-less.
