    GENERAL IMPRESSIONS OF THE SHIP:

    Ship was clean and organized. Ship crew helpful but appeared to be in training.. Cruise price was relatively high for medium priced line. Carpets were worn.
    I don't think this ship has stabilizers. Mandatory muster before ship left was taken very seriously and all passengers were counted.
    Captain and his crew were great but mostly hidden. Captain made an unscheduled stop in St Thomas USVI - to take care of an ill passenger and made it to next stop on time.

    TELL US ABOUT YOUR STATEROOM:

    Stateroom was narrow but this is not uncommon. The neighbors balcony divider rattled. Ship show rust around balcony. small sofa upholstery was worn out.
    Never saw cabin steward at all until 3rd day. Called guest relations and asked that I meet the person. That never happened. Never got fruit even though I asked for it.

    HOW WERE THE PUBLIC SPACES:

    Ship flowed very well. Elevators well located and fast. Public restrooms were clean and featured cloth hand towels. Urine odor present in all restrooms I used.

    TELL US ABOUT THE SERVICES:

    Food was a 5 on a scale of 10. Quality and selection was poor. Service was bad/ or unacceptable at every meal. I beieve I became ill one night from food. (not Noro Virus) but more like mild food poisoning. Option of non-traditional dining was very crowded. Entertainment was lack-luster and amateurish.
    Guest relations displayed poor service. I requested tylenol for a headache. It never came.
    I sent a review to the ship relating all these findings. I have never heard from the company.
    Cruise director obviously gay but made gay jokes and slurs on stage.
