    Alaska Cruise 2012

    GENERAL IMPRESSIONS OF THE SHIP:

    The ship was nice, a bit bad on the decor, but food was good, very clean. Did not really have a good time for the Friends of Dorothy meeting. only posted it on a board, not in the daily Flyer.

    WOULD YOU CRUISE THIS SHIP AGAIN:

    TELL US ABOUT YOUR STATEROOM:

    For the Balcony room was small inside, my Bal. was large, and got lucky on the 2 rooms on each side that have this size bal. for 2 people ok, but would not book a 3rd, too small.

    HOW WERE THE PUBLIC SPACES:

    The ship had some nice areas, and the 24 hour self serve wine bar was nice, but cost was of course high for a small glass of red or white.

    TELL US ABOUT THE SERVICES:

    The room service arrives early every day, no matter what time you put, they seem to come half hour to a hour earlier, yikes, found out the hard way.

    GENERAL IMPRESSIONS OF THE SHIP:

    I was quite impressed with the ship's appearence and cleanliness and felt I got a very good value for the price. The decor seemed elegant and made me feel even a little pampered.

    TELL US ABOUT YOUR STATEROOM:

    The stateroom was a nice size. The window was lovely and I really liked the real tile in the bathroom. There was plenty of room for clothes and other things I bought while onshore. The bed was confortable and the staff the absolute best.

    HOW WERE THE PUBLIC SPACES:

    The flow of the ship was comfortable while there were a few choke points they were easy to accept. There were plenty of elevators. Everything looked freshly cleaned.

    TELL US ABOUT THE SERVICES:

    The food and drinks were sensational. I was impressed with everything I ate and liking cookies so much it was nice to see jars of them easily accessable. The heated pool was great and I felt accepted. The entertainment was good and the 2 times I visited Guest Relations I found them friendly and helpful.
