Is my email address safe?

We appreciate your concern and will do our best to keep your email private. Your email address will never appear on the site and is always hidden from other users. We do require a functioning email address which will allow other users to contact you. Users will never have access to your email address unless you personally send it to them. There will also be times when we need to update our members on new features and/or changes in policy. Due to this, we also require a functioning email address.

Why can't I log into the forum?

The website and the forum are on different servers. Due to this, your username and password on the site will not work. You must also register for the forum. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to change this issue in the future.

I signed up so why isn't my listing instantly on the site?

All new listings and edited profiles need to be approved before going live. We do our best at getting them posted in a timely manner.

Why has my listing been deleted?

There are only a few reasons why we would delete your listing. If you have not followed our Terms of Service, we have the option to delete your profile. We also do not allow sexually explicit photos or descriptions in ones profile. Although we believe in free speech, we realize that many people find that objectionable. Our goal is to make this a site where all feel welcomed.

We also reserve the right to delete your profile if your email bounces. The main mission of this site is to allow members to meet other gay and lesbian travelers who will be on the same ship. If no one has the ability to contact you, it defeats the purpose.

What happens to my listing after the cruise?

We've made it simple - you don't have to do a thing. Seven days after your cruise has been completed, your listing will no longer be visible on the site. Even though your listing is not visible in searches, it is still stored in our system and accessible by hitting the 'update/delete your listing' tab. You have the option to delete it or to keep it as a record of your past cruise. If you have only one expired listing in the system and you delete it, all of your information will be deleted including your email address, etc. We recommend keeping your past cruises in the system so you never have to create a new username/password. Also, if you send someone your 'personal listing url', all of your cruises with descriptions will be available for their viewing.
